Terms of Service

1. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Use of the Services

Local Price Calculator provides tools to build, publish, and embed interactive pricing calculators. You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limits that apply to the Services.

3. Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Subscription plans, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or downgrade your account if invoices remain unpaid.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data, formulas, media, and other materials you upload or configure within the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant Local Price Calculator a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you. You represent that you have the rights to use and share any Customer Content supplied.

5. Privacy and Data Processing

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Local Price Calculator Privacy Policy. Where required, we enter into data processing agreements and support customer obligations under applicable privacy regulations. You are responsible for obtaining end-user consents and providing legally required notices for any embeds or integrations you deploy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Misrepresenting pricing, services, or regulatory qualifications through your calculators.
• Uploading malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with platform stability.
• Using the Services to process personal data of children under 16 or sensitive data without proper safeguards.
• Reselling or sublicensing the Services without our prior written approval.

7. Intellectual Property

Local Price Calculator and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the underlying software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services or the Local Price Calculator brand.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may update or discontinue features from time to time. We strive to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may suspend your access without notice if we believe you are violating these Terms or affecting platform integrity.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Price Calculator disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will Local Price Calculator be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. We may terminate or suspend access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease embedding or using any scripts powered by Local Price Calculator, and we may delete your Customer Content after a reasonable retention period.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notices. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
